Is posture the most important thing for your health?

To me I see that posture may be THE most important factor in maintaining good health. Think about the stresses on the body if the posture isn’t correct. Breathing is harder, muscles work harder, joints and tendons work harder and even the organs inside of your body have to work harder. TENSION! That’s the enemy of the body! Nothing can really heal unless it is relaxed and nothing is really relaxed with a good proper posture.
